Light Up Arlington is the City of Arlington’s annual Independence Day festival and fireworks display. It’s one of the largest fireworks shows in DFW and attracts over 50,000 people to Downtown Arlington.
During the event, several blocks in Downtown Arlington are closed to pedestrian traffic only, with activities including our Music Hall Market, food trucks, live music on multiple stages, kids activities, bars, and more!
Fireworks are expected to begin at approximately 9:45 p.m. The display will be shot off of the Municipal Office Tower.
The event is free and open to the public. It is family-friendly and open to people of all ages.

Arlington Police expect the total event attendance to be 50,000 to 60,000.
We expect at least 3,000-5,000 will visit the market.
This is a family-friendly event, so we expect lots of families with school-age children to attend. Attendees will be ready to spend money at the event, shopping at the market, as well as purchasing food and drink.

This is an OUTDOOR market, held in a grass lot next to Arlington Music Hall.
10x10: $250 + $9.05 card processing fees ($259.05 total) 10x20: $500 + $17.80 card processing fees ($517.80 total)
A $100 discount will be available via grant to a select amount of City of Arlington Residents. See details below.
