The 21st annual Light Up Lakewood is the Lakewood neighborhood’s annual tree lighting and holiday festival.
This is our fourth year producing the event.
We close down two large blocks of Abrams Pkwy in the heart of Lakewood at Lakewood Shopping Center and this has a big neighborhood and block party feel.
The event features performances from school choirs and marching bands, as well as photos with Santa, face painters, balloon artists, and more.
This event consistently attracts 1,000-2,000 patrons, which completely packs the event site. This is an affluent crowd who is eager to buy holiday gifts and support our local makers. In 2022, 2021, and 2019 our vendors consistently had extremely high sales, with several selling out.
A curated selection of up to 30 local artisans and makers, along with booths from the Lakewood community
Live music from a local band, as well as performances by school choirs and marching bands
Delicious food and drinks from Lakewood restaurants
